Andrea Gómez is an experienced marketing and communications strategist with over a decade of experience helping startups, law firms, and mission-driven organizations build powerful brands and scale with purpose.
As Co-Founder of TBP Fractional Executives Coalition, she leads the group’s digital marketing and communications strategy division, providing fractional services and executive-level advisory to companies navigating high-growth phases and competitive markets. She is also the founder of GoScale Marketing, where she and her team help startups and brands gain traction, build visibility, and access capital with innovative marketing strategies. Her expertise lies in positioning brands for visibility, traction, and credibility while connecting strategy with meaningful impact.
Previously, Andrea served as the Marketing Director for a renowned Miami-based law firm, where she led the marketing and business development efforts. In this role, she drove initiatives to enhance its national and international presence, elevate brand positioning, and secure recognition among the best law firms in Florida. Her work integrated thought leadership development, stakeholder relationship development, and digital communications aligned with the firm’s business growth and reputation goals.
Her professional experience spans North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East, giving her a nuanced understanding of cultural adaptability and a global perspective on brand building and client engagement. From advising data intelligence startups in Israel to guiding nonprofits in the U.S. and Latin America, Andrea brings strategic clarity and executional excellence across borders and sectors.
She also advises the International Startup Association on its global marketing strategy, supporting its mission to strengthen innovation ecosystems in more than 50 countries. Her work contributes to the Association’s impact across a network of over 17,000 entrepreneurs, startups, investors, business associations, corporates, universities, innovation centers, governments, and institutions, while helping to connect more than 5,000 global leaders.
As a speaker and educator, Andrea has shared her expertise at international business and innovation summits in Spain and led workshops at the Barcelona School of Business. She has also served as a guest professor in branding and digital communication, most notably through a women’s leadership certification program backed by Fempower, Agoralab, and the University of Medellín, where she helped train over 250 women leaders in personal brand development and strategic communication.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Military University in Bogotá, Colombia, and has earned multiple certifications in digital marketing and communication strategy, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and innovation in a constantly evolving industry.
