Clara Salvai is the Founder & CEO of TBP | The Bigger Picture, a next-generation fractional executive firm helping companies grow with clarity and purpose. Clara works closely with business owners, boards, and executives to bring their vision to life and create a strategic path forward. Her process requires deep alignment and trust—because no company can be replicated, uncovering its unique DNA is an intricate and thoughtful journey.

Over the past decade, Clara has worked with teams across multiple legal disciplines—including Litigation, Corporate Law, Immigration, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, Healthcare, and FDA Law—before expanding her expertise into accounting and private wealth management. Today she serves as Chief Operating Officer of RC CPA’s & Business Advisors and RC Private Wealth in Miami, where she oversees all areas of the Firm including but not limited to HR, finances, compliance, technology, performance, trainings, partnerships and international initiatives. RC was recently ranked by Forbes as one of the Best Firms in Florida and operates on one of the industry’s most innovative platforms, enhancing the client experience while empowering the team to deliver the best solutions. Clara is currently spearheading RC’s expansion into an acquisitions arm and developing new business lines set to launch in 2026.

Clara also represents LexRing in the Americas, a cutting-edge AI-powered platform designed to enhance company profitability and team productivity. Passionate about the next generation of technology, she partners with industry leaders to design tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.

Her legal and business background supports growth strategies across Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, Expansion Planning, and M&A execution. She advises startups, global ventures, and international boards, while continuing to serve as an ad honorem advisor across industries.

Clara holds a Juris Doctor from UCA and a Bachelor’s in Humanities, Philosophy, and Social Sciences, with classical Latin training.
She also co-chairs the Leadership & Management Group within the Alliott Global Alliance alongside Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk, COO and Partner at Wołoszański & Partners Law Firm.
