Marta is a business strategist and executive coach with a strong legal foundation and over a decade of hands-on experience in organizational leadership. Based in Warsaw, Poland, she currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Wołoszański & Partners Law Firm, where she has been driving operational and strategic transformation since 2013.

With a career rooted in the legal industry, Marta quickly transitioned from managing couple of thousands of litigation cases to leading high-stakes client relationships, negotiating key commercial terms, and optimizing workflows across complex teams. Her sharp focus on efficiency, performance, and high-quality delivery eventually led her to oversee the entire firm’s operations and people strategy.

In parallel, Marta acts as Data Protection Officer for Hyundai Motor Poland and provides legal expertise in the automotive sector, particularly in competition law. She is also deeply engaged in global collaboration—she manages her firm’s partnership within the Alliott Global Alliance, an international association of over 200 law and accounting firms in 100+ countries. Marta serves on the Alliott Global Alliance EMEA Advisory Committee, helping shape member engagement and strategic direction for the region.

An INSEAD Alumna, graduated of INSEAD’s Management Acceleration Programme (MAP 23), Marta brings a fresh, international leadership lens to her coaching and advisory work. Her focus areas include:
